the only divine cards you can use is Obelisk the Tormentor from the Jump magazine and the Winged Dragon of Ra from the Jump magazine, not the ones with the coloured backgrounds, and no, Yugioh has a Banlist, so certain cards are banned from competetive play, or you can only use 1 of a certain card (limited) Semi limited cards you are aloud 2 of per deck, and any other card you can have 3 of the current banlist is located here | |
