Store Policy for Just Cards Trading Cards

Effective from: July 2023
  1. Pricing and Availability: All prices listed on the Just Cards Trading Cards website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are correct at the time of listing. However, prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. We strive to ensure the accuracy of our product listings, but in the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or provide a refund.
     

  2. Payment Methods: For online orders, we accept payment via credit/debit cards, PayPal and Bank Deposit. If you prefer to use bank deposit as your payment method, please contact us with the details of your order, including the requested product(s) and your postal address. We will confirm availability and provide you with the necessary information to complete the bank deposit transaction. 
     

  3. In-Store Payments: For in-store purchases, we accept cash, Eftpos, credit cards, and NFC (Tap'n'go) payments. Our physical store is open every Thursday to Sunday. 
     

  4. Combined Orders: To reduce overall postage costs per item, we encourage customers to combine multiple items into a single order. By doing so, you can take advantage of more cost-effective shipping options. Please ensure that the items you wish to combine are eligible for this option, as certain items or promotions may have specific requirements.
     

  5. Order Processing and Dispatch: Upon confirmation of payment, we will begin processing your order. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-5 working days. There is no need to contact us separately unless there are any issues with your order. In such cases, we will contact you or refund your payment accordingly.
     

  6. Delivery Timeframe: Please allow a reasonable time period for your order to be delivered. If the product(s) you ordered are not delivered within 2 weeks from the date of payment or the product release (whichever is later), please contact us. We will assist you in tracking your order and resolving any delivery issues promptly.
     

  7. Returns and Refunds: Due to the sensitive and fluctuating values of trading card products and single cards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds after the goods have been shipped or left the store. All sales are final. However, if you wish to cancel an online order (before shipment of goods) for any reason, a -5% administrative fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover admin costs.
     

  8. Policy Updates: Just Cards Trading Cards reserves the right to update or modify this Store Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised version on our website.
     

  9. By making a purchase on Just Cards Trading Cards, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this Store Policy.
